Transcripts

Transcript requests for current students and alumni are available through an online platform called Parchment; additional details are listed below. There is a small processing fee for each transcript request. Payment can be made online via credit or debit card. Some students also earned college credit during their time in high school. Transcripts for such classes are provided direct by the school in which the student attended/participated in for the CIS or college credit class(es). Additional details on diploma requests and general documentation are noted below.

If you cannot remember your password or have trouble creating an account, you must submit a ticket directly to the Parchment help desk link above. Shakopee High School is unable to assist with technical or access issues related to Parchment.

If a third-party would like to verify graduation or attendance, they should also be directed to Parchment.

Links to College Transcript Order Sites for Credits Earned During High School

Students that have earned college credit during their time at Shakopee High School will need to request a transcript directly from the college they attended/earned credit. Please click on the link below to order your official transcript from the four colleges that are presently partnered with Shakopee High School. Please have your college ID available. If your college is not listed below, please contact your counselor for guidance.

Alumni Diploma Requests

Each Shakopee High School student receives one copy of their diploma after graduation; this is the only diploma provided.

An official transcript contains a student's graduation date and serves as proof of graduation. A student can place an order for a transcript through Parchment and have the file sent directly to the institution/organization requesting proof of graduation. Additional diploma requests cannot be fulfilled through Parchment or Shakopee High School.
