Students learn best when they are consistently in school and able to collaborate with their peers and teachers. However, there are times where illness and unforeseen circumstances require a student to be absent.

Shakopee Public Schools parents and guardians can submit a student absence for any student in grades K-12 online in Infinite Campus in addition to calling a school's attendance line. An absence should be reported if the student will be late, absent or needs to leave early. Click on the pdf below to learn more about submitting an absence in Infinite Campus.
